   We only charge delivery at cost to us and in some cases we subsidise it.

   Payment is made via encrypted payment servers to ensure the safety of your details. We do not store any    card details on our systems.

*We respect your Privacy.
   We conform to the Data Protection Act of 1998 and object to companies who sell customer's details to other    interested parties. We will never pass your information onto any 3rd parties, other than for the processing    of your order, i.e. our courier.

*All our items are in stock unless it says so.
   In the event of a sudden surge on an item, taking it out of stock before we can update our website, we
   promise to let you know as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or an immediate refund.

*We subscribe to the SafeBuy Assurance Scheme.
   This means our sites is safe and trustworthy and that we comply with their code of practice. The SafeBuy    code of practice has completed Stage One of the OFT's approval process and is the ONLY scheme supported    by the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Direct Marketing.

   We are always happy to receive your feedback on any aspect, to enable us to improve our service and

   You can send gifts direct to them, all beautifully wrapped and half the postage costs!

   We only sell items that we would be happy to give to our own friends and family and at a price that we feel
   is reasonable too. Our range consists of presents that will be of some use, rather than stuck in a drawer
   somewhere, although we do offer some carefully selected novelty gifts and in due course we will be
