We use Royal Mail First Class as our standard delivery service, but also offer
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery to UK if required on most products (see details).

We ship out Mon-Fri except on UK Public/Bank Holidays when Royal Mail are closed. Sorry, we do not ship out at weekends, due to Royal Mail's limited opening hours.

A lot of our products will not fit through a letterbox, so please allow plenty of time for delivery, in case a card has to be left for re-delivery.

You will be charged for First Class post by default, but you can select the Guaranteed Next Day delivery option at the checkout stage. Prices above are per item and if you purchase more than one item at a time, your basket will show the combined delivery charge for all items. If you require different posting options for different items, please contact us for help. Alternatively, order your First Class items first and Next Day Delivery separately. Please contact us for delivery costs outside mainland UK.

If you want to organise your gifts in advance or to avoid an item being sold out, you can buy them now and we will reserve the stock for you and ship out to the recipient 3 posting days prior to the date of the occasion. When you select Giftwrap there will be a space to add this date.

GENERAL INFO:-
Orders received by 3pm GMT are dispatched the same day and delivered by Royal Mail First Class post (unless otherwise stated on the product page). Although most items sent First Class do arrive the next day, please note that Royal Mail advise 1-3 days for the delivery of first class post and we recommend that you order your gift up to 4 working days in advance of the occasion, in order not to disappoint the recipient. All our giftwrapped parcels will include a sticker stating 'Do Not Open Until......' and will have the date of the birthday etc on it, so you can send gifts in plenty of time ready for the event.

Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day and delivered by Royal Mail.

Orders placed after 3pm Friday, or placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the Monday (except for Bank Holidays) and delivered by Royal Mail.

For any last minute presents we offer a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service at current rates (see charges above). If we receive your order prior to 3pm on a Monday to Thursday your gift will be delivered before 1pm the next day (time may vary for extreme parts of UK). Next day guaranteed delivery requires a signature upon receipt and a card will be left if the recipient is not in.

Please note that Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery on Saturdays and therefore orders placed by 3pm on a Friday, for next day delivery will be guaranteed to arrive on the following Monday (excl Bank Hols). Alternatively, you can select our Saturday service and pay the surcharged cost for guaranteed Saturday delivery.

Delivery times may vary for some items, such as Personalised Gifts, but we will tell you this on the relevant product pages.

We will do our utmost to ensure that your gift is received on time. However, in circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes or force majeure we are unable to be held liable for the delay.

BFPO - All items to BFPO addresses may be checked by Customs. We cannot be held responsible for any damage if your item, particularly with giftwrap, is opened by customs.

Please allow extra time, if possible during seasonal peak times such as Christmas, Valentines, Fathers Day, Mothers day etc.

Please also ensure that you give us the correct delivery address, including postcode, as we cannot be held responsible for items that go astray due to wrong information given to us.
