STANDARD DELIVERY UK: £3.95 per order

The price is just £3.95 per order up to 2kg (which covers most multiple orders).
Orders placed Mon-Fri before 3pm are dispatched the same day, via Royal Mail 1st Class or courier (if applicable).
Most orders arrive the next day, but please allow 1-2 working days and up to 3 in peak times or for large orders.
Heavier items or large orders over 2kg will cost more and may need to go by courier. We will contact you, but these will require a signature upon delivery and if you are out, a card will be left to re-arrange delivery.
EXPRESS DELIVERY UK Mainland: £7.50 per order*
Delivery: Next Working Day Guaranteed
For orders up to 2kg placed Mon-Thurs by 3pm, we offer a Next Working Day Delivery on most products (unless otherwise stated). A signature is required for all next day deliveries and items cannot be left without one. Many items are delivered by 1pm.
Friday Orders - Orders placed by 3pm on Friday are guaranteed for Monday (except Bank Hols), although in most cases it will be delivered on Saturday, this is not guaranteed. You may prefer to use our standard First Class delivery on a Friday, as it is likely to arrive the same time.
However, if you require a Guaranteed Saturday delivery, there is a surcharge of £2.20. This is not available on some large orders that go by courier or products sent direct from our suppliers such as:
Personalised Gifts, Learn-It Gifts, Tinned Gifts like Adopt a Donkey etc, Historic Newspapers, Football Books, Slouchpods, Towel Cakes, Good Health Gifts, Celebrity Memorabilia, Walltastic and Personalised Frames.
If you are unsure please ask for help.
Orders placed after 3pm Friday or during the weekend will be shipped Monday for Tuesday delivery.
If no one is in when your item is delivered, a card will be left and a re-delivery must be arranged within the time frame stated on the card or we will not be held responsible for any items returned due to non-collection.
There are time limits for placing orders on some items for Guaranteed Next Day, due to courier cut off times. This will be stated on the product page.
EXCEPTIONS
*Large multiple orders weighing over 2kg will be sent by courier and may incur a surcharge for Next Day Delivery. We promise to get you the best price we can and will contact you if this applies, so please ensure we have a valid email address and contact tel no. The cut-off time for these orders is 12pm for Next Day Delivery (Mon-Thurs) and Saturday delivery is not available.
The are a few Special products that fall outside of the above charges, due to their size/weight or because they are shipped direct from our supplier and we have no control over the shipping costs. If a product falls into this category then it will be clearly stated on the product page under the 'Delivery' heading.
If you order several items and one or more are 'Special' items, it will be the highest of the delivery costs advertised that you pay for your whole order.
EIRE/EU DELIVERY
Delivery: approx 3-5 days
Orders placed Mon-Fri before 3pm are dispatched the same day, via Airmail Signed For Service (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
Some items are not available for delivery to Europe, such as Personalised Gifts, or may take longer than 3-5 days in some countries - please see product page for info. We do not offer Next Day or Saturday delivery to EU.
To give you the best prices, Airmail items are charged by the weight and this will be shown in your basket once you have chosen your country.

Medium items £7.50 - £9.99
Large/Heavy items £11.25 - £15.95
Airmail items are sent recorded delivery to reduce the risk of them being lost in transit overseas. However, if you wish for a cheaper alternative, please contact us for a price for ordinary Airmail, but please note we offer this option at your own risk and will not accept responsibility for items lost overseas, but we can provide you with a proof of posting should this occur. As a guideline deduct £3.70 off the Recorded Delivery price to get an idea of simple Airmail.
GENERAL INFO
Charges quoted are per order per delivery address.
If you have more than one delivery address - please email your order to us, with a landline tel no and we will call you back to take your total payment. (A landline number is more secure than a mobile).
Alternatively you can order your gifts online as one order and at the payment page during the checkout process, select the payment opt 'I will ring with card details. We can then take the other address details and payment over the telephone.
We ship out Mon-Fri except on UK Public/Bank Holidays when Royal Mail are closed. We do not ship out at weekends.
Most of our products are boxed and will not fit through a letterbox, so please allow plenty of time, in case a card has to be left and re-delivery arranged.
If you ask us to leave your parcel somewhere other than the delivery address, such as a porch or behind a gate etc, we will not accept any claims for non-delivery, as this is left at your own risk.
ADVANCED ORDERS
If you want to organise your gifts in advance or avoid an item being sold out, you can buy now and we will reserve the stock for you and dispatch 2 working days prior to the date of the occasion. When you select Giftwrap there will be a drop down menu to select the date of your choice.
