We try to offer the best prices for delivery and don't profit on these costs. We have surveyed our customers for their preferences as to how we charge for delivery.

Payment is made via secure encrypted payment servers of recognised banks, to ensure the safety of your details. We do not store any card details on our systems and we are PCI DSS compliant (secure to Visa and Mastercard regulations).
*We respect your Privacy.
We conform to the Data Protection Act of 1998 and object to companies who sell customer's details to other interested parties. We will never pass your information onto any 3rd parties, other than for the processing of your order, i.e. our courier.
*All our items are in stock unless it says so.
In the event of a sudden surge on an item, taking it out of stock before we can update our website, we promise to let you know as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or an immediate refund.

We only sell items that we would be happy to give to our own friends and family and at a price that we feel is reasonable too. Our range consists of presents that will be of some use, rather than stuck in a drawer somewhere, although we do offer some carefully selected novelty gifts.
