Delivery charges are per address.


FIRST CLASS DELIVERY UK 1-3 DAYS:
Up to 2Kg - £3.95
Over 2kg - £7.90

The price is just £3.95 per order (per address) for as many items up to 2kg (98% of orders) and £7.90 over 2Kg.

Orders placed Mon-Fri before 3pm are dispatched the same day, via Royal Mail 1st Class or by Courier
(if applicable). Most items over 2kg will be shipped by courier and a signature is required.
We reserve the right to send items by recorded delivery if we feel the address warrants it, such as
a Flat, Hospital, School or Business address (at our expense).

The majority of orders arrive the next day, but please allow 1-3 working days and more in some areas,
peak times or for large orders. Delivery times are NOT guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible
if delivery takes longer, but we do offer a guaranteed service - see Next Day Tab.

Delivery dates selected by customers are a guideline for advanced orders and not guaranteed unless the Guaranteed Next Day delivery option is chosen at the checkout, (not available outside UK). Occasionally
some special items will have different dispatch/delivery times and prices, but this will be stated
on the product page or we will notify you by email of any changes to our terms.

BFPO - Some items may be prohibited to BFPO addresses or too heavy, but we will let you know.

Mon-Thurs
For orders placed by 3pm, we offer Guaranteeed Next Day Delivery on most products
(unless otherwise stated). A signature is required for all next day deliveries and items
cannot be left without one. Many items are delivered by 1pm.

Friday Orders
Orders placed by 3pm on Friday are guaranteed for Monday delivery (except Bank Hols),
although in most cases it will be delivered on Saturday, this is not guaranteed. You may prefer
to use our standard First Class delivery on a Friday, as it is likely to arrive the same time. Orders placed after 3pm Friday or during the weekend will be shipped Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Saturday Delivery
If you require a Guaranteed Saturday delivery, we also offer this on some products up
to 2kg and prices vary from £9.99 - £13.99. This is not available on some large orders
that go by courier or products sent direct from our suppliers such as:

Personalised Gifts, Adopt a ...Gift Tins, Historic Newspapers, Football Books,
Celebrity Memorabilia, Walltastic and Personalised Frames etc.

If you are unsure please ask for help.

General
If no one is in when your item is delivered, a card will be left and a re-delivery must be
arranged within the time frame stated on the card or we will not be held responsible for any
items returned due to non-collection, so please ensure the recipient is not on holiday.
Items can be left with a neighbour if they will sign for it.

There are time limits for placing orders on some items for Guaranteed Next Day, due to
Supplier or Courier cut off times. This will be stated on the product page.


EIRE/EU DELIVERY
Delivery: approx 5-10 days

Orders placed Mon-Fri before 3pm are dispatched the same day, (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

Some items are not available for delivery to Europe or PO Box numbers, such as Personalised Gifts, or may take longer than 5-10 days in some countries. We do not offer Next Day or Saturday delivery to EU due to high costs.

We offer a Standard Airmail Service or a Signed For Airmail Service and prices vary dependant upon the weight of your items. If you choose the Signed For option, a signature is taken once the item has been delivered.

As we have no control over other countries and your item may be lost or delayed, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 25 working days as per Royal Mail requirements, before a parcel can be deemed as lost.

We cannot ship items over 2kg.

GENERAL INFO

Charges quoted are per order per delivery address.

We ship out Mon-Fri except on UK Public/Bank Holidays when Royal Mail are closed.
We do not dispatch at weekends and our offices are also closed.

Most of our products are boxed and will not fit through a letterbox, so please allow plenty of time, in case a card has to be left and re-delivery arranged. Some customers tell us the gift hasn't arrived, because they have not had a 'Thank you' from the recipient, when in fact it has. Please check with the recipient first before contacting us.

If you ask us to leave your parcel somewhere other than the delivery address, such as a porch or behind a
gate etc, we will not accept any claims for non-delivery, as this is left at your own risk.

Delivery is to the address given and not necessarily the recipient in person. Items sent to a Hospital, Business or other Organisation address are deemed as delivered once it arrives there and it is the responsibility of their Post Room to pass it onto the recipient and we may choose to send it by Recorded Delivery (at our expense).

Please note Royal Mail staff cannot be contacted by mobile phone or deliver at a specific time of day.

Advance Orders
If you want to organise your gifts in advance or avoid an item being sold out, you can buy now and we
will reserve the stock for you and dispatch 2-3 working days prior to the date of the occasion and will
place a sticker on the item saying 'Don't open until...' in case it arrives early. When you select Giftwrap
there will be a drop down menu to select the date of your choice.
