Scottish land owners are legally entitled to use the title of Laird. When registered you will own a token piece of land in Scotland and will be a Laird.

The recipient of this gift tin will be the proud owner of a square foot of the Kincavel Estate, located on the Ardnamurchan peninsular in the far West of Scotland, and therefore become the Laird or Lady of Kincavel. The title of Laird means "land owner" and is the commonly accepted equivalent of Lord or Lady. The documents are drawn up by a Scottish Lawyer to ensure that they are legal and valid and each plot bought will help ensure that this piece of the highlands is preserved in it’s natural state.
